The Critical Torque Lite is the lighter, lining-and-shading-focused version of the Critical Torque platform. Where the original Torque is built for power and colour packing, the Lite trims weight and tunes the stroke to 3.8mm for artists whose primary work is fine line, single-needle outlines, and black-and-grey shading.

The 3.8mm stroke 3.8mm sits in the middle of Critical’s stroke range — shorter than the Torque’s 4.2mm Packer stroke, longer than the 3.5mm Liner. In practice it gives you:

  • Crisp single-needle and fine-line outlines
  • Smooth black-and-grey gradient shading
  • Light colour work without aggressive needle impact
  • Lower skin trauma during long detail sessions

If your day is mostly black-and-grey realism, fine line tattooing, or mixed line + soft shade, the 3.8mm hits the sweet spot.
